Online Training Academy – Go Global: How to expand your business abroad

Between the 13th and 22nd October ENRICH in Brazil carried out the online academy “Go Global: How to expand your business abroad”. It was an intensive and interactive training course designed specifically to help European companies develop the necessary skills and knowledge to enter new markets, in this case focusing on the Brazilian market. Ten companies from nine countries (Belgium, Brazil, Estonia, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain and United Kingdom) took part. Participants explored lean strategies for international expansion, the market selection process, they learned selection frameworks for how and where to expand, and accessed helpful tools to start doing business in Brazil. Additionally, the Soft Landing Hubs from ENRICH in Brazil presented the services and advantages they can offer to companies establishing in Brazil. Personalised mentoring and feedback was available throughout the course, with the possibility of accessing additional one-to-one coaching.

The training was delivered by Rodrigo Olmedo Cofounder and Director of uGlobally.
