ENRICH Summer Roadshow – Bucharest

In the course of its Summer Roadshow 2019, ENRICH visited Bucharest on 3 June 2019 and presented the activities of all three centres (Brazil, China, USA) to Romanian stakeholders. The event was organized by the Romanian health and bioeconomy cluster ROHEALTH and hosted by Politehnica University, Bucharest.

The 40 participants were ROHEALTH members, healthcare professionals from all over Romania. Flaviana Rotaru, director of ROHEALTH, opened the seminar and informed about the recent internationalization activities of the cluster. In this context she also introduced the ENRICH centres. Elli Tzatzanis-Stepanovic and Marcela Alzin from the FFG (Austrian Research Promotion Agency) presented the individual ENRICH centres and informed about the current situation in health and bioeconomy sectors in Brazil, China and USA. They informed the participants about services and upcoming activities of ENRICH centres. The participants were encouraged to reach out and make use of ENRICH services, such as the upcoming Innovation Tour to Brazil in September 2019.

The seminar ended with a Q&A session which addressed the current political and economical situation in Brazil and practicalities about doing business in Brazil.

The ENRICH roadshow continued with the next two stops in Bulgaria.
